What Information Do We Collect and What Is It Used For?

Your Client Details

Yellow Schedule will never disclose details of your customers or patients to any third party. We will protect your data from unauthorised access and acknowledge that you own this data. You may request a full electronic copy of it at any time or request complete removal from our systems.

Yellow Schedule staff may, from time to time, access your data solely for the purposes of maintenance and support.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement security measures to protect your personal information. Sensitive and credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and encrypted in our payment gateway provider’s database, accessible only to authorised individuals who are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card details will not be stored on our servers.

Transfer of Personal Data

We do not forward information about you to any third party unless required by law, to comply with legal processes, to defend and protect the rights of Yellow Schedule and our customers, or if you request it.

Text Message Communications

Yellow Schedule may be configured to send SMS reminders to clients. Message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Mobile App Data

The Triage Link mobile application, available on Google Play and Apple App Store, allows healthcare consultants to securely triage referrals. The app does not collect location, microphone, or contact data. Any information entered by users is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting privacy@yellowschedule.com.
