Use Triage Link from your home screen

Triage Consultants can add triagelink.com/mobile to their mobile home screen to use as an app.

  1. Simply open Chrome on your phone and go to triagelink.com/mobile
  2. Tap the menu (top-right).
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen) and confirm.

Troubleshooting
  • If opened inside another app (e.g., Mail/Teams/Slack), switch to your device’s browser.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • On iPhone/iPad, use Safari and open the Share menu.

New User Help Guide For Consultant Triagers

Follow these steps to get started with Triage Link as a consultant triager.

  1. Sign in with your consultant triager account.

  2. After login, you'll land on the dashboard with your referrals waiting to be triaged. You can see basic details, click "Triage" to open and triage the referral.

  3. When viewing the referral. Note that:

    • You can view the original digital copy of the referral by clicking the PDF record on the top left.
    • You can leave a note viewable by admin and tracked with the referral.
    • You assign the priority (or reject the referral back to admin!) by using the buttons on the bottom.

  4. Thats it! Once you triage a record it will instantly go back to Admin for followup. You can use the "Triage Completed" tab to see recently triaged referrals.
